1. Execute "cmd" in Administrator account.
2. Move to a folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC\vcpackages"
3. Enter a command "regsvr32 VCProjectEngine.dll"
4. There is a popup which DLL is registered successfully.
5. Now Visual Studio 2005 can build a solution or project.
